The SGC21300 is a band gap voltage reference that provides a fixed voltage output from inputs between 1.8 V and 5.5 V. The architecture of the SGC21300 enables the reference to be operated at a very low quiescent current while still realizing excellent dc and PSRR characteristics. The core includes a bias current generator with multiple outputs and a reference lock detector.

The SGC21303 is a voltage reference optimized for ultra compact ultra low power applications. The voltage reference has been optimized for area and power. It provides a temperature compensated 750 mV fixed voltage output from inputs between 1.0 V and 1.98 V

The SGC73 family of low-dropout (LDO), low- power linear regulator IP solutions for integration on SoC offers very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The family uses advanced control techniques to achieve soft start-up, very low noise, excellent transient response, and excellent PSRR performance.
