GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SGC66 family fast response, multiple output, ultra low quiescent auto up-down switched DC/DC regulator IP solutions for integration on SoC is the best solution for low power cores with fast activity variation (where most DC/DC converters fail). The family uses advanced control techniques to achieve regulation over the four independent outputs, soft start-up, superb transient response, and instantaneous overcurrent protection. The SGC66 operate with a coil as low as 1.0 µH and any type of output capacitor. It is specified from TJ = -40 °C to +125 °C and is designed to achieve 3 % overall accuracy (over Load/Line/Temp).
